The things people ask before paying

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. You get 14 days on either plan without entering card details. We ask for payment only when you decide to keep the store, and if you do nothing the store simply pauses — your data stays where it is.
Is the plan price really all I pay you?
Yes. There is no setup fee, no per-order fee and no commission. The only money that leaves your account beyond the plan is what your payment gateway and your courier charge you directly, at their own rates.
Can I sell in the UAE without a trade licence?
No — a UAE trade licence is what lets you take payments and issue tax invoices legally, and your payment provider will ask for it. It is also worth knowing that a free zone e-commerce licence does not by itself let you sell directly to consumers on the mainland. We wrote a plain-language guide on the difference.
What happens to my apps if I cancel?
The apps stop receiving your catalogue and go offline at the end of the billing period. The listings remain in your own App Store and Google Play accounts, because they were published under your developer accounts, not ours.
Do you charge extra for a second language?
No. Adding a second storefront language is part of the plan. If you want the full Arabic experience with right-to-left layout, tell us during onboarding so we set it up with you.
Can I move an existing store over?
Yes, and there is no charge for it. Bring a product export from your current platform and we import the catalogue, images and customer list for you during the trial, so you can compare the two properly before deciding.
